Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances subject to review by freshleadstore.com.
All Refund requests must be initiated within 3 days of the receipt of the Products by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org only with an appropriate reason for refund requests.
Due to the nature of our product, Since these are digitally downloadable files, refunds can only be granted under the following circumstances.
- Incorrect File or no data
- Incomplete or less number of records in the file,
- more that 60% of the numbers do not connect.
Refunds not permitted for the following reasons.
Quality or performance : Due to the nature of our product, You agree and acknowledge that We maintain a no-refund policy on all products and services offered, If You are dissatisfied with any product or service due to its quality or performance, offered by Us, Your exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the service without refund of any kind.
If the refund request is granted by freshleadstore.com, payments are refunded as follows
- Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (5) business days
- Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user
- PayPal payments will be refunded within one (3) business day
- Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
If applicable, freshleadstore.com reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.
